  • Toong Tong - Thin pastry pouches filled with pork marinated with white pepper, garlic and coriander root deep-fried served with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
  • Gai Aroi Thai - Stir fried sliced chicken with pineapple, spring onion, mushroom, water chestnut, cashew nut and lotus seeds topped with tamarind sauce.
  • Gai Yang - Grilled Thai style marinated chicken served with Thai sweet chilli sauce.
  • Plaa Nueng Buay - Steamed fillet with ginger, mushrooms, spring onions, celery and lime juice in a plum sauce.
